Our beautiful 300-year-old building, with its stone walls, beams, original window frames and original floorboards, is all that remains of the tired back street boozer we purchased in 2003.
With over £1m invested by Lancaster Brewery and a complete overhaul and revamp over a ten-year period, we're proud of the Sun Hotel & Bar's beautiful surroundings, award-winning drinks offering, and friendly, inviting ambience.
Stayed on our way to the Lake District, so glad, it's right in the centre of Lancaster couldn't of been better. A lovely warm atmosphere and all the staff are friendly and helpful.
